SOAR Youth Initiative is a youth empowerment program under the auspices of the Baha'i Community of Penang, Malaysia (www.bahaipenang.org), dedicated to nurturing young people as agents of personal and social transformation. We believe that every youth carries a unique light and a deep desire to contribute to a better world. The SOAR Youth Initiative provides spaces, resources, and community through which that light can shine.

Our vision is to support youth as they strengthen their character, explore their inner capacities, and take meaningful action that benefits themselves and transforms the world around them. Through four connected pathways: Creative Studios, Social Action, Youth Discourse, and Empowerment Camp, SOAR helps young people grow intellectually, spiritually, socially, and creatively, empowering them to contribute to a more compassionate, just, and vibrant society.
