Participants dive into topics that matter to youth today, from spiritual principles and social issues to personal growth and the history of their faith. Through presentations, creative projects, group discussions, and educational excursions, they gain knowledge, reflect, and explore new ideas in practical ways. Fun activities like team challenges, camping, and field trips add adventure and help youth build strong friendships along the way.

During the camp, youth identify ways to support content creation across all four channels of Soar Creative Studios. They collaborate with peers working on Reflection Series, Explainer Animations Series, Community Changemaker Series and Inspiring Art & Performances, providing ideas, research, and hands-on assistance to elevate the quality and reach of creative initiatives.

Youth explore how they can contribute to the Social Action initiatives, including hydroponics and mini gardens for Food Security, Life-Skills Workshops, Virtues Camp facilitation, and Collaborative Youth Projects. Through planning, research, and teamwork, participants develop strategies to enhance the impact of these programs while building capacity for service and practical skills that support both their peers and the wider community.

Participants consider ways to strengthen SOAR Youth Discourse activities, including home fireside chats, forums, conferences & exhibitions, the SOAR Youth Blog, and the Voice of Penang Youth Podcast. By contributing research, ideas, and practical support, youth help create spaces for elevated conversations, bridge communities, and amplify voices that inspire understanding, action, and positive change.
